» No use of mobile phone calculators because they are just too small

I went for the Peter Yee Short Course in Selayang..absolutely superb course with real life experience..he brings the participant around his office where he himself invest there..then we were teach to evaluate which property is better than the other else

There are lots of things to consider when buying commercial property such as
- the sun direction
- the roof top structure
- the flow of the traffic
- the parking
- the parking design
- visibility
- accessibility

there lots and lots of thing to consider so basically you need to go to his class yourself..really worth the money..for schedule check at the website
