3 weeks I wait for them to install streamyx. I call them but still no action. Lastly I went back to the TM Point and after some 'maki hamun' they finally install streamyx today
However they told me that i have to wait 2 more weeks to get the free laptop. So the total time of wating for full service of streamyx is about 5 weeks. Very poor service for a big company in Malaysia

for me this is a sign of failure company..to add my comment for the streamyx service.. i actually wait about 2 hours just for the registration..there is only about 7 person in front of my number..imagine how slow is their service
TM should be ashamed of their service
